Q: Will the mask fit me?
A: The TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark sleeping mask is a one size fits most sleeping mask. It was designed using a large database of anthropometric data (measurements of the human body). As a result, it fits most people, likely you too.

Q: Is the mask washing machine safe?
A: No. We highly recommend hand-washing your sleeping mask in order to keep it in great condition for longer.

Q: I have sensitive sinuses. Can I still use the TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark sleeping mask?
A: Although our masks use ultra-soft comfort foam, its ability to block out all light relies on a small amount of pressure against your face. For people with very sensitive sinuses, the slight pressure may be uncomfortable.

Q: I like to sleep on my side. Is that a problem?
A: It is not a problem at all. The TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark sleeping mask will gently bend and compress, giving you a great night's sleep.

Q: Will the TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark sleeping mask work with headphones?
A: Yes. Even larger headphones, such as noise-cancelling headphones, will work with the TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark sleeping mask. Simply put the mask on first and then your headphones. Smaller headphones, such as ear-buds, will work great too!

Q: How should I store my sleeping mask when not in use?
A: Your TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark mask comes in a plastic bag with an easy slider enclosure. We highly recommend keeping this bag and using it to protect your sleeping mask.

Q: Will the mask smudge my makeup?
A: The TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark sleeping mask will not smudge your makeup. The masks' eye cut-outs eliminate contact between the mask and your eyes, so eye makeup is especially safe from smudges.

Q: Can I use a Sharpie Marker?
A: The most common Sharpie Markers are permanent. As a result, you can use them to write or draw on your sleeping mask, but it will unlikely erase afterwards. It is for this reason that we include an ERASABLE marker with each TOTAL ECLIPSE wordmark - Whiteboard. If you would like to learn more about Sharpie PERMANENT markers, please visit www.sharpie.com.

Q: I lost my erasable marker. Do you sell replacement markers?
A: Sorry, but we do not sell the erasable markers individually. You can find a replacement erasable marker at your local Staples, OfficeDepot, OfficeMax or any other office supply store.

Q: How do you know how big to print my picture so that it will be life size?
A: We scale the image of your face using two measurements:

  • The diameter of the iris (the colored ring in your eye)
  • The distance between the center of your pupils (the black dot in the center of your iris)
Based on these two measurements, we can scale your image and be accurate to within 10% of actual size

Q: Can I preview my FACEmask before printing?
A: Although it is not part of our standard process, we are happy to do so upon special request.

Q: How long does the customization process take?
A: We strive for the fastest turnaround time possible.
The TOTAL ECLIPSE® - FACEmask usually ships within 3-5 days.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: No. At this time, we only ship to the United States.

Q: Do you provide tracking numbers?
A: In order to provide you with the most economical shipping rates, we DO NOT provide tracking numbers.

Q: I ordered your product and received an email saying that my order has shipped. I still haven't received my order. What should I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet.
Please make sure to wait a full 10 days for your order to arrive.
If, after 10 days, your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us to resolve the problem.

Q: How long after receiving my order do you ship it?
A: We strive for the fastest turnaround time possible.
As a result, we ship our TOTAL ECLIPSE® Sleep Mask model and TOTAL ECLIPSE® - Whiteboard model within 48 hours of your placing your order.
The TOTAL ECLIPSE® - FACEmask takes longer to customize and usually ships within 3-5 days.
