How to Return a TOTAL ECLIPSE sleeping mask

We hate to hear that you are unhappy with our product, but these things happen.

Our Return Policy explains:

Consumer purchases, made directly with Eclipse Products LLC may be returned, for any reason, within 30 days.

Returned merchandise may be refunded for full purchase price less shipping costs OR in exchange for replacement merchandise

> SECTION 2 - Return Instructions

At this point, you have already decided to return your product AND determined that you are eligible to do so.

Step 1:

Download and fill out the following form: Return Authorization Form

Step 2:

Email the Return Authorization Form to: Contact Us

Step 3:

We will email you a Return Authorization Number as well as a shipping address to return the product

Step 4:

Ship the product to the provided address, making sure to mark the box/package with the provided Return Authorization Number. Include a copy of the Return Authorization Form inside the box/package.

Step 5:

After we inspect the product, we will respond in one of the following ways:

  • If the requirements of a return are met, we will issue a refund or replacement (as per your request within the Return Authorization Form)
  • If the requirements of a return are not met, we will contact you with more information
